Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns and cancellations.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy for items in their original, unused condition with all original tags attached. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please visit our Help Centre and submit a return request. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and our standard returns policy will apply.

For assistance with cancellations, please submit a request through our Help Centre. We are unable to cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of stuffed toys that have been removed from their original packaging. All sales on these items are final.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via the Help Centre. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide you with a prepaid return label.
